Terms and Condition:

1.      Free delivery over HKD200 to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (exclude outlying islands and Tung Chung).

2.      Order placed before 16:00 on Mondays to Fridays (business day) will be delivered the next day before 14:00.

3.      Order placed before 13:00 on Saturday will be delivered the next business day before 14:00.

4.      Only ONE delivery address for each order.

5.      You shall give no less than 12 hours' notice to us (Tel: 2370 4882 / 6656 0522 (Whatsapp) or E-mail (info@farmers-choice.com) in respect of any request for changes and cancellation.

6.      We will replace another vegetables if products are temporarily out of stock.

7.      To ensure the organic fruits and vegetables are fresh enough, it is recommended to refrigerate the fruits and vegetables immediately.

8.      If the delivery day happens to be public holiday, we will have a different schedule made.

9.  No. 8 Signal or Black Rainstorm Signal: all deliveries will be cancelled. We will contact our customers to re-arrange deliveries until No. 8 Signal or Black Rainstorm Signal are taken down.

10.  Farmers Choice reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Farmers Choice's determination shall be final.
